Terms of service.

These terms apply to services bought from Kestrel Site (kestrelsite.com and shop.kestrelsite.com), the website and hosting division of Kestrel Ventures FZE LLC, SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE, licence 4432470.01 (“we”, “us”). By ordering a service you agree to them.

1. Services

We provide website hosting, WordPress hosting, business email and domain names, delivered on infrastructure operated by our technology partners, and we build a free starter website for customers on our hosting plans. Service features are described in the shop at the time of ordering.

Free starter website

  • Included at no extra cost with an active hosting plan.
  • We contact you within 1 business day of your order and build the site from the logo, texts and photos you provide; you confirm that you have the right to use that material.
  • The starter website is a simple site to get your business online. Larger projects, online stores or custom features are not included and can be quoted separately.
  • The website stays online for as long as your hosting plan is active.

2. Orders and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
  • You can pay by card through the shop, or by bank transfer on request.
  • Hosting plans are billed in advance for each billing period (usually monthly). Domains and SSL certificates are billed per year.
  • Services may be suspended if a renewal is not paid by its due date.

3. Renewal and cancellation

  • Services renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel a hosting plan at any time from the client area or by contacting us. The service stays active until the end of the period already paid and will not renew.
  • Payments for a billing period that has already started are not refunded.

4. Domains

  • Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are not refundable once processed, because the fee is paid to the registry immediately.
  • Domains are registered in the name you provide; you are responsible for keeping the contact details accurate and for renewing on time.
  • Domain registration is also subject to the rules of the relevant registry.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use our services for anything illegal, for spam, malware, phishing, copyright infringement, or any activity that harms our platform or other customers. “Unlimited” resources on hosting plans are subject to fair use for normal websites. We may suspend services that breach these rules.

6. Your content and backups

You remain responsible for the content you host and for keeping your own copies of important data.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep services available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update prices or these terms. Price changes apply from the next renewal, and we will give notice of material changes by email or in the client area.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
